Polyester Fiber Appeared:

Polyester fiber has appeared as early as 1941. It is a synthetic fiber produced by spinning polyester which is condensed from organic dibasic acid and dibasic alcohol. It is often called dacron. Unlike cotton, polyester is very loose, almost as elastic as wool, and is remarkably resilient. Most notably, polyester added clothing is less prone to wrinkles and easier to maintain.

Polyester fiber compared with cotton fiber has the advantage of microbial resistance, not afraid of bacterial reproduction, not afraid of mildew, not afraid of insects, a lot of bed products on the market, baby products will add polyester fiber. Polyester fiber also has good light resistance and heat resistance, not afraid of ultraviolet irradiation, at -40℃-250℃ temperature is not easy to embrittlement, faster than natural fiber fabric!

What’s the pigment print?

Pigment printing: because the coating is a non-water-soluble coloring substance, no affinity for fibers, its coloring must rely on the film-forming polymer compounds (adhesives) coating and adhesion to the fiber to achieve. pigment printing can be used for the processing of any fiber textile, in the mixed, interwoven printing is more superior, and the process is simple, the color spectrum is wider, design is clear, but the feel is not good, friction fastness is not high. pigment printing is a direct printing of paint, a process commonly referred to as dry printing, to distinguish it from wet printing (or dye printing). Their light-resistant and dry-clean fastness are good, even excellent, so they are widely used in decorative fabrics, curtain fabrics, and clothing fabrics that require dry cleaning.

what’s the dispersed dye?

Dispersed dye, a dye that is slightly soluble in water and highly dispersed by means of dispersant in water. Dispersed dyes do not contain water-soluble groups, the molecular weight is low, although the molecule contains polar groups is still a non-ion type dye. These dyes require high post-treatment requirements and usually need to be ground by a grinder under the presence of dispersants to become highly dispersed, crystal-stabilized particles before they can be used. The dye that disperses the dye is a uniform and stable suspension.
